Details Tab – Access Groups

The Details tab specifies identification information for the access group and the default application access assigned to all members of the group.

The following fields are available on the Access Group Details page:

• Access Group Name and ID — Identifying fields for the access group. The Access Group ID field is used to uniquely identify the access group. The Name field is typically more descriptive and does not need to be unique.

  The Access Group ID and Name fields are both displayed in the Access Group List.

• Applications — The applications which will be available to members of the group at sign-in. This value is populated by default onto all members assigned to this group. Application access for individual members can be modified on the member's Member Details page.

  Note:

  Access to MC Express is contingent upon your license agreement, and application settings for concurrent licensing differ slightly from the named licensing model reflected here.

  Application options include:

  • MGR — Gives access to all system applications (MRO, Service Requester, Technician Work Center, Reporter, and MC Express)

  • MGRD — Takes the user directly to the MRO Work Center without having to select an application upon sign-in

  • R — Service Requester only

  • RPT — Reporter and MC Express

  • TWC — Technician Work Center and MC Express

  • TWCRPT — Technician Work Center, Reporter, and MC Express

  • DASH — KPI Dashboard and MC Express

• Repair Center — The repair center that manages this access group.
